SUMMARY:Energy Storage Workshop
DESCRIPTION:  \nThe Sustainability Program is partnering with the San Diego Green Building Council\, Cleantech San Diego\, and the Center for Sustainable Energy to host an Energy Storage Workshop in Balboa Park. The workshop will be held in the Fleet Science Center‘s Community Forum room. \nThe workshop will help arm commercial building decision makers such as Facility Directors\, CFO’s\, CEO’s\, and others\, with the knowledge they will need to decide whether or not energy storage is right for their building and to navigate the process from scoping through installation. This session will offer an introduction to the Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP)\, a discussion about current energy storage technologies on the market today\, environmental & financial benefits from installing energy storage\, and feedback from project owners that have recently completed energy storage projects.\n\n\nAgenda:\n\n7:30 – 8 am – Check-in/Breakfast\n8 – 8:15 am – Presentation of Information\n8:15 – 9:45 am – Panel of Speakers\n9:45 – 10 am – Audience Q&A\n\n\n\nClick here to register
