The One Park – One Team (OPOT) program underscores the core principles of the Partnership. Dedicated to promoting Balboa Park as one collective unit with one voice, OPOT strives to build collaboration from within. Through park-wide events like the all-employee, all-volunteer annual barbecue, donut pop-up shops and impromptu picnics, One Park – One Team’s mission is to open communication and spread Balboa Park goodwill.

A keystone of One Park – One Team collaboration is the annual Trustee Celebration. At this event, stakeholders from 28 cultural institutions come together, many meeting for the first time, to celebrate Balboa Park and their shared vision for the Park’s future.

The OPOT Facebook page and monthly newsletter are dedicated solely to sharing profiles, stories, shout-outs and photos of Park employees.
