The Balboa  Learning Institute (BPLI)

The Balboa Park Learning Institute is a collaborative professional education program and learning community created by the 24 arts, science, and cultural institutions of the Balboa Park Cultural Partnership. The Learning Institute empowers individuals and organizations with greater connections, knowledge and skills to advance professionalism, best practices and new thinking.

Upcoming Programs:

1) The AAM Center for the Future of Museum's webcast, "Towards a New Mainstream?", by L.A. Times columnist Gregory Rodriguez on Wednesday, January 27 from 10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the San Diego Historical Society.

2) Going Mobile: Planning for Audience, Content and Technology in the Museum, Tuesday, February 16 and Wednesday, February 17, 2010, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., San Diego Hall of Champions Sports Museum.
